How Counselling can help

Counselling cannot alter your history but it can help you make sense of it.

I work as an interpreter helping you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. There can be numerous reasons why some aspects of your life are not working well for you, and only through understanding will you have the opportunity to change.

Clients often ask how many sessions they need, the answer is it varies from client to client but the initial eight sessions can bring about significant change.

My practice is based with other health services making it discreet and allowing you to feel comfortable.

I also offer relationship counselling whether that be with a spouse, partner or family member.
